How to use your VIP Diners Card
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for purchasing the VIP Diners Card. You can now look forward to saving a huge 20% on your food and drinks when dining in and enjoy free Cobra beer when you order a takeaway to be picked up or delivered.
How to use the card
- When dining in – Just present the card when paying and 20% will be deducted from your final bill.
- For takeaways to be picked-up or delivered (Delivery Locations) – Please mention the VIP card when ordering to ensure you receive your free Cobra beer(s).
How it works
If you are dining in we just deduct 20% from your final bill. For takeaways its slightly different with 4 levels. The more you spend on your takeaway the more free beers you get, here is how many free Cobra beers you get based on how much you spend:
- Spend £15 and get 1 Free Cobra Beer
- Spend £25 and get 2 Free Cobra Beers
- Spend £40 and get 4 Free Cobra Beers
- Spend £60 and get 6 Free Cobra Beers
Can I share it?
Yes you can let your friends and family use it, you are also entitled to a another card for FREE every time you spend more than £30 – So you can give them to your friends and family and let them enjoy the same benefits.
How much can I save?
If you spend £30 every week dining in you would save £312 a year with this card, so it’s worth the small investment of £20. Or if you spend £25 a week on takeaways you would be getting over 100 bottles of free beer saving you around £250 a year.
Are there any restrictions?
There are a few obvious ones. You cannot combine more than one card to get more of a percentage off. The maximum is 20% off. You cannot use the card with any other offers on the menu or on the web site. The card can only be used when paying the normal price on the menus. So if we do have another offer say for example a cut price set-meal then you cannot use your card with that offer.
If you lose your card we will replace it for you free of charge unless we have run out, in that case we won’t be able to give you a replacement card.
